Please note that production time is separate from shipping time. The production timeline for your order begins only after you have approved the final digital proof for all customized items.
We ship orders across Canada via major carriers, including Canada Post, Purolator, and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the shipping destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
We are pleased to offer a free local pickup option for our customers in Oshawa and the Durham Region. If you wish to pick up your order, please select the "Local Pickup" option during checkout. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup at our Oshawa location.
Due to the personalized nature of our custom-branded products, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on any item that has been customized with your logo or design. All sales of customized products are final.
We take great care to ensure the quality of our work. Your order is produced based on the final digital proof that you approve. We strongly encourage you to review this proof with extreme care, checking for any errors in spelling, design, and color before giving your final approval.
If you have purchased a non-customized, stock item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided it is in its original, unused condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not accurately match the final proof that you approved, please contact us immediately.
You must notify us of any issues within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please be prepared to provide your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. We will work with you to either replace the defective items or find another suitable solution.
