Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as required by law.
For all products requiring customization, you are responsible for providing high-quality, print-ready artwork. By uploading or submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to use and reproduce such artwork.
A digital proof will be provided for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to review the proof carefully for any errors, including spelling, layout, and color. Production will not commence until we receive your final, written approval of the proof. Once a proof is approved, we are not liable for any errors that were present in the approved proof.
All sales of customized products are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any item that has been customized. For non-customized items and policies regarding damaged or defective goods, please review our full Shipping & Returns Policy.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Right Exposure and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries.
In no event shall Right Exposure, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
